Zoanthids wont open

Hello everyone,
Some reason my white zombie zoanthids won't open? Any ideas most of my other zoanthids are opening. I went to the local fish store and had my water tested. I will post what they gave me. Please let me know if you have any idea why they are not opening.

Generally certain factors are occurring when this happens:
- too much light
- too much or little water flow
- high phosphate or nitrate
- tankmates picking on it
- irritation from sand or pests
- lack of iodine
- low salinity

Alk, Ca, Mag, PO4, NH3, NO2 and NO3 are good starting points
