So I bought a used running setup last weekend. Got it set back up and everything is doing great. All the other corals (xenia, mushrooms, other zoas) are all open and doing good except one group, anything I should look for why this one group wont open? Noticed yesterday maybe 2-3 polyps were partially open thats it.

I’d give it time, if all your other corals are fine then it should be fine too. I bought some zoas recently, some opened immediately while others took a week or more.

Some zoas just need time to adjust. Assuming you did your proper dip before putting them in your display they could just be getting use to your water chemistry, light and flow. Great sign that you noticed some already partially open. If they continue to be stubborn try moving to another spot after 3 days and let them settle in again. If after a week they still don't open id suggest a freshwater as its helped me numerous times when my zoas wouldn't open, even after 2 weeks. Keep up posted
