Got a question about my zoas, they aren’t really opening up, and try look like they are stretching up. Any suggestions? My schedule is attached

Generally when they stretch, they are seeking additional lighting. Increase white in 3% increments daily until they look happy

What are nitrate/phosphate levels ? They also benefit a small dose of iodide on the occasion. Do you have any small pests like hydriods, flat worms or anything of that nature ?

But to answer the original question is a few bumps in % each week, maybe 3-5% every week or 2 will eventually stop it.

I don’t have an answer for the nitrate/phosphate yet, I will test them tonight. Only pests are vermaited snails.

just odd how they were doing good and then suddenly close up.
