what are these little brown like clear worms? and are they good or bad? Sorry can’t really get good pictures they are tiny.

Found this on my glass as the lights were dimming. Brownish/red color very long approx 3-4” and extremely thin, no visible bristles. Possibly was 1 very long one or even 2 I’m uncertain if it was cut in half etc. so could have easily been 5” fully extended.
