Dreaded Bubble Algae! DO NOT pop it! Causes are phosphates and high nutrients. How to get rid of it? If you can remove during a water change, scrub in old water and then rinse rock well in new water before putting it back in tank. Emerald Crabs are known to eat it as well.
Lower your phosphates and excess nutrients.

adding some GFO will definitely help remove it. Your water source could contain phosphates also. Good luck and keep us posted. Just so you know, I'm battling this bubble algae too
