Looks like an algae bubble to me. If it is, make sure u don't pop it in the water because it would then spread algae bubble seeds.

Ahhh... I see. What should I do with it? It is hard to the touch...thanks so so much for the reply..:)

Dreaded Bubble Algae! DO NOT pop it! Causes are phosphates and high nutrients. How to get rid of it? If you can remove during a water change, scrub in old water and then rinse rock well in new water before putting it back in tank. Emerald Crabs are known to eat it as well.
Lower your phosphates and excess nutrients.

Feeding twice a day is ok. Just feed small amounts. All foods have phosphates, can't get around it :) adding some GFO will definitely help remove it. Your water source could contain phosphates also. Good luck and keep us posted. Just so you know, I'm battling this bubble algae too :( >sigh<

During a water change I use my hose to scrape/siphon at the same time. Works great but with bubble algae its a battle. This stuff is aggressive and hard to beat :( But keep at it!! I am :)
