Got this as a “rainbow” chalice from a vendor at a show yesterday. It has a nice variety of colors to it, but I’ve been in the hobby a while and never seen a chalice this color variety. The shape of the eyes is also throwing me off as to whether it’s a chalice or something else.

Can someone help me ID if this is a chalice and if so what type? could also be some no-named wild coral…

My thought is definitely a chalice and a nice one at that. I haven't seen a named one like that.

Yeah my thoughts too. They were selling this for $60 and smaller ones for $40, so I figured I’d take a chance on it and see how it grew out.

What is the vendor's name?

Edit: I love chalices, lol. Is it the more yellow or red?

Yes — very good score! I wouldn’t mind getting a frag myself.
Also, this must be a typo? $382,500 for a frag?

It’s a joke. Not sure why she did that ha I mean, it’s on sale, get it while you can!

to be honest though, I’ve always wondered what would happen if someone bought it on accident. Although I just assume your credit card wouldn’t allow a purchase that much for most of us.
