“Reef-Safe” puffer?

Is there such thing as a reef-safe puffer? Preferably looking at the puffers on the smaller end such as the saddle valentini or pearl toby. I understand they will eat snails and shrimp. But what about my cleaner or coral banded and corals in general?
What’s your experience?

As far as I am aware, such a thing does not exist. I have heard that people have had success.. but it will be a gamble - just like any of the dwarf angels.

Some people have success with smaller tobies in reefs with very select inverts; I've heard of people keeping tobies with most corals but some they chew on (like green star polyps/pipe organs/other worm-looking corals). I've been meaning to attempt a toby with larger shrimp, say a coral banded or larger fire shrimp, but I imagine there's the possibility of them stressing the shrimp by attack their antenna/legs.

That being said, I figure it's like angels: very individualistic, especially knowing how intelligent puffers are.
