<0.5 ppm Phosphats too High?

Is it normal for its tenticles to be droopy like that?

Honestly not sure but I think it is just the picture seems to droop but really blowing to left from power head

My phosphates are .1 and nitrates are 10

How are your sps corals doing with .1 phosphates? Thanks
