Adding an auto feeder to drop pellets will help get your nutrients up, but two days without feeding is no big deal.

Just take the skimmer cup off, you’ll still get good gas exchange, feed more and as @Spare time stated put in a uv.

I have it because i a fish dissapeared under the rocks and im scard it died so it absorbs ammonia

It’s way to powerful as an absorber and zeroing out they stuff you need to keep.
A fish dying should not kill anyone else
I’d discontinue that.
