My experience is that hammers like low to moderate flow and light. I’m not familiar with your light and flow. You’ll want the polyps to jiggle. My torches I give more flow and light. Sometimes it takes just a little moving around to find the right spot.

I've got a fairly moderate flow. Nice and easy, but enough to give them a nice sway. For light, I have 1 radion xr15 running at 40% intensity right now. Everything seems to be happy at the moment. Any movements I make will be slow.
