I'm not sure. My father-in-law says his gauges won't work without freon hooked up. Gotta get some freon.NOT good for a/c, Tim, what pressure does the a/c have?

Well if it's her problem it will be yours very soon as well...Not me. My wife. I just barely pulled into the driveway.
Yeah, it was blowing 65 this morning when I left. She said it was blowing 77 around 10 so she shut it off and went to Walmart. It's been off thawing for 7 hours.NOT good for a/c, Tim, what pressure does the a/c have?
It doesn't matter, put the blue hose in the low pressure connection and see what pressure it has?I'm not sure. My father-in-law says his gauges won't work without freon hooked up. Gotta get some freon.
65° through the vents is not bad, it is not the ideal place to check because there it already loses temperature,Yeah, it was blowing 65 this morning when I left. She said it was blowing 77 around 10 so she shut it off and went to Walmart. It's been off thawing for 7 hours.
Yeah, but it's what we have for now. I figured 65 was good, 77 isn't good. I'm thinking it's freezing because it's likely low on freon but with the high heat and high humidity lately it has been working even harder.65° through the vents is not bad, it is not the ideal place to check because there it already loses temperature,
Be careful, don't trust, 20 lb is a whole tank and at least here they cost $350I'll see if I can grab them tomorrow. He said he found 20 lbs of 410 for $70. I think we're going to order that.

Do you see it frozen?Yeah, but it's what we have for now. I figured 65 was good, 77 isn't good. I'm thinking it's freezing because it's likely low on freon but with the high heat and high humidity lately it has been working even harder.

It's been off for 7 hours and it's 108 outside so I doubt it's still frozen if it was. I'm getting ready to climb up and look but my wife isn't home yet. Don't want to climb up on the roof if no one is home to call 911 if I fallDo you see it frozen?
You don't necessarily have to turn it off, just putting the fan On on the thermostat and the other button Off defrosts faster. It's been off for 7 hours and it's 108 outside so I doubt it's still frozen if it was. Yeah, I think she was leaving anyway and decided to conserve electricity. Maybe. You don't necessarily have to turn it off, just putting the fan On on the thermostat and the other button Off defrosts faster.
It would be necessary to know the pressures to know correctly but you can also check the blower motor, maybe it is stopping working and that is why it can freeze as well.Yeah, I think she was leaving anyway and decided to conserve electricity. Maybe.![]()
I can hear and feel the blower motor running. We hear the compressor kick on and we can hear the condenser fan running. It would be necessary to know the pressures to know correctly but you can also check the blower motor, maybe it is stopping working and that is why it can freeze as well.
Good day, thanks Luis. Finally home, How was everyone’s Wednesday?

But something is definitely happening and we need to know the pressuresI can hear and feel the blower motor running. We hear the compressor kick on and we can hear the condenser fan running.
The good news is it's only 84 in my house after no A/C for 7 hours. Not as bad as when the condenser fan went out.
Sorry it popped into my head...But something is definitely happening and we need to know the pressures
