Good night everyone

Good night Cubano Café!

Tiger conches require a good amount of leftovers, they don't eat algae.

Turbos eat a LOT of algae constantly, a small tank like yours probably wouldn't easily support a Turbo long term. I refuse to get Turbos because my tank doesn't have enough algae to keep them alive.
They are too efficient. I ended up with 2 turbos in my 13.5g Evo that decimated all traces of GHA. I was then target feeding them Nori every day. TARGET FEEDING SNAILS! After a few months, shortly before upgrading to the 40gal, I donated them to a local reefer with algae problems. They're just too good.

Was a busy day in the kitchen. Had neighbors over for dinner. Just now catching up. Menu:
- Sliced rustic bread with olive oil/balsamic/rosemary on plate
- Fresh toasted pistacchio & granny smith apple slices over baby greens + a bit of shredded carrots (totally forgot the gorgonzola in the fridge), with Olive oil/balsamic vinegar/seeded dijon mustard/honey dressing
- Buttered ears of corn on the grill
- Baked russet potatos + sour cream and shredded blend cheese
- Grilled chicken breast marinaded 5 hr with olive oil/balsamic/honey/soy sauce/garlic/italian herbs (similar to salad dressing)
- Grilled Filet mignon--good price--wrapped in turkey bacon, light rub with fresh ground salt/black pepper plus TJ's Onion Powder (which has garlic), and a slab of butter on top
- Brats and franks for the kids
- Tiramisu mousse cups

I did a terrible job of taking pictures. Here's what I got.

Unfortunately no pics of the filets. I served them right off the grill and didn't waste time getting to business.
