00W's AIO Smorgasbord

I had always heard the saltinity not specific gravity. :smiling-face:
Specific gravity is the 1.024-1.028 whereas salinity is the 34-36 ppt measurement.

Spent the last few hours with my twin great-nephews that are 5 and I was thinking man I wish I had their energy, then I thought woah wait a minute my poor body couldn't handle that much energy so maybe just 1/4 of it would be good. :beaming-face-with-smiling-eyes:;)

Good evening everyone!
Good day today?

Long day, unusually slow for a Friday. Back at it tomorrow :angry-face: .
Yeah it was a weird day for me too.
Sorta just meh.
Cooked a lot of really weird, not on the menu, strange requests today.
Felt like full moon or Friday the 13th.

How were the rabbits?

Ya and is it true they taste like chicken?
Used to make baked rabbit rubbed in butter, garlic and fresh rosemary wrapped in bacon.
So good.
Bacon part was for you.

In high school I shot a ring neck pheasant, wrapped it in bacon using toothpicks and baked it. It was the best wild game I ever ate. I hunted with some high school friends a few times but never really enjoyed killing anything. I never deer hunted but have enjoyed venison steaks and chops.

I have never killed anything or shot a gun or anything like that but I have killed/fileted/boiled lots of fish in my cooking career unfortunately.

My bosses cousin owned a fishery on the wharf.
They would bring in 6-7 5 gallon buckets of live crabs and leave them in the walk in.
I'd come in the next morning and they'd be crawling all over the walk in, in the salad dressing, floor, cheese.
I'd have to get a pair of tongs and catch them all.

I have a conceal and carry license.
