So I plan on putting the rock then the sand in the tank should I put egg crate stuff under the rock? Also how long can I have live rock out of the water if I want to glue them together?

no egg crate,traps crap, if coralline covered do not let surface dry ,it will turn white,
time ? just keep moist saltwater towels handy to cover areas you are not gluing at the time ...

Towels dipped in saltwater water a great idea! I have done similar with plants when I am rescaping my freshwater tanks.

Breakfast time for me. I think we're going to hit a bakery for breakfast, maybe go into town to hit some shops (no, we're not taking the wagon), and then maybe run up to the snow.

Nothing beats good fresh baked goodies for breakfast! I need pictures of snow please as I have not had any here.

We normally get croissant, pain au Chocolat and bread with butter or jam. First time my little one taste bacon she was like lol.
