00W's AIO Smorgasbord

Hi Joel! I hope you had a good day!
Thank you so much that means a lot!
Very crazy day, lots of breakfast and lunch today.
Had a kid choke on a burger and puke all over the bathroom.
That was very dramatic.!

I hope you did also! So a quick little story. I picked my mother up as I do every Sunday and she wanted to stop and get my dog and cat treats. We went to Dollar General and as I came out she was out of the car and a nun was sitting in her seat. Here the nun had fallen and thought she broke her arm and wouldn’t let me call an emt. She called a friend and her mahn (?) senior ( sorry I’m not Catholic) and got voicemail. I drove her to the the ER and helped her get registered. Good deed for the day. And no @Katrina71 and @00W , unlike the toe truck story this one is true .

That sounds dramatic for a lazy Sunday afternoon sheesh!
Never heard the tow truck story.

Fraid we all got to hear it now Kev!
Ok, that might have been on another thread. Sorry, for the last 5 years I’ve been wanting to ask my family physician to increase my dementia medication but I keep forgetting. As you all know my wife is a nurse ( maybe I revealed that on another thread as well). Last year she was driving to the hospital for work and was behind an ambulance. The back door of the ambulance wasn’t secured and was swinging open and closed. The ambulance hit a pot hole and a cooler fell out and rolled to the side of the road. My wife stopped and opened it up and in a zip lock bag sitting on ice with a toe in it!

What did she do?

My oldest son is 26 now. He's in the Air Force and is being deployed again in April. This will be his 3rd time.

My son is 25!!! And the fun times continue

Eventful and wonderful- I have this image of you seeing a little nun in the front seat and you mom outside the car! How many different thoughts ran through your mind in the 5 secs it took to get to them?

But not relaxing for a Sunday

It kept my mom entertained, she thinks we saved a nun’s life today, ha :D .

So while a did behave at LFS and only left with the 5 hermit crabs; I had to run into Lowe’s real quick to pickup “earthquake proof” picture hangers and might have added to cart…

Just a few tools I use all the time (toolbox in storage). The self-control was in not getting the battery-operated Drill!!

And I updated my flashlight to rechargeable. I use it every day and evening to view tank and sump AND all the times I get up throughout the night cause I heard and odd sound from the tank! “ Was that tiny ping on the floor a CUC that escaped” “why is the ATO going off so much “, “ATO is going too long - omg the sump will overflow, etc etc
