Thank you for allowing me to play here and relax...my list also has to name a few, protect, right the wrong, friends, team mates, food, alcohol, dogs, fish and laughing when allowed....and coffee with you all

Mine did nothing at all until I found the magnet that was feeding the algae. As soon as I removed that, the algae started dying visibly in 2 days and was almost completely gone in 12.

You jok but I lost about 100 pounds 2 years ago eating hummus, carrots, apples, oranges, and steak/chicken - I cut out all breads basically. I went and got my annual blood draw and the doctor told me I was risking a heart attack since my cholesterol was not registering. She said GO EAT A HAMBURGER AND FRENCH FRIES!
