This is Amy.

I don't remember when I got her but she's from petco.
She's gotten bigger and stayed in that spot for almost a year now.
Likes low flow.
I feed her 2 times a month, just a little piece of scallop.
Really know nothing about her.
She was a rescue.
Probably had her 4 years and honestly I'm just glad she made it this long.

My petco is wonderful.
Tiny, well managed, clean and thoughtful and the new manager is awesome.
However, sometimes they are sent animals they didn't order and can't really take care of.
My petco doesn't have any coral or invertebrate tanks. No lighting for them, etc like most LFS stores do.
So my buddy who worked there at the time gave me Amy for $10?? Can't remember exactly how much.
She came in on the order but they didn't order her?
Did I make sense?

A lot of petcos are meat markets for fish and it can be sad to see. I've been in a lot of them like this where I just have to leave or I'll start screaming or crying or both.
Mine isn't that way thankfully but getting fish/animals you didn't order is pervasive in the industry, at least for petco from what I understand.
I will not speak this as the gospel, just what I know from some who have worked there.
