NYC is on my bucket list
It's an awesome place! I don't go there often, and I think the last time I have actually stayed the night there was many years ago. But I highly recommend going... as long as you're not afraid of rats lol.

I like them...two ideas here why, 1 maybe they want less light? 2 I have noticed over the years that zoa's do not seem to grow over glue...so maybe excess glue on top of plug and they avoiding it..
It's definitely a possibility! These guys are almost on the sand bed but they're directly below the light so they may be getting too much light. With that said, however, the ones on the top of the plug open way up towards the light - not stretching - but the ones on the front that are mostly hidden stay only partially open. Glue is definitely another consideration. Thanks! Both good things to know since I will likely be fragging some Zoas from the 125 soon.

yeah lol....I give the tank a little sip of coffee each morning...hahaha/// Only joking please I can just see it now someone logs onto this thread and doesn't understand our little forum families sense of joking and does it/..
I've considered it in the past...

hahaha now those were some sexy cave girls...just needed the red shoes...and BAM
You mean Bam Bam! Wait, was that Fruity Pebbles or just Pebbles and Bam Bam...? Flintstones.

Haha, I don't actually know if it is a term. I actually don't live right in the middle of NY state. I live in Bethlehem, which is just South of Albany.
I lived in Syracuse in the 70’s. My Father and stepmother lived on the upper east side of Manhattan for 20 years, I spent a lot of time there, before moving to Westport CT.

Let me ask you guys and gals a question: I feel like you m a very easy going, tolerant person. Most people think I'm a super nice guy (at least to my face?). If you were my HR rep and I came to you with TONS of documentation on an employee and I explained that we need to terminate his employment (mind you, he's on probation for policy violations already), would you trust me on this or give him another other chance?

I mean, I don't like firing people ever but sometimes it has to happen, right?

In France public sector nearly impossible to fire somebody, lower salary but no risk. In private, it is different. In Dubai you need 2 warning letters to fire. Of course people who are violent, toxic, harassing, problem of conduct, inefficient...companies should be able to act accordingly by trusting facts and guts. Not acting affect others and result on going down. Got this situation few times before.

If I’m understanding this correctly, the person has already been given another chance when placed on probation? While on probation, his second chance, he continued violations and or other offenses, he’s not going to change in my opinion and it’s inevitable.

No, probation was his fourth violation.

Well then, isn’t that special, oh wait you aren’t using a work metaphor for me on this forum? I change my mind, everyone needs a 20th chance!

I trust you and we've never formally met.
I'd say he's should be fired.
