Tortillas are not on my diet but I did have a large bowl of carnitas when I went out of town for a bit today.
I now have to put on just a touch of weight so I'm going to be eating tacos again but until then y'all have to eat them for me.

I had Sweet Pork Barbacoa, took the tortillas off and ate it on a bed of rice and black beans. Cotija cheese, lettuce, and cilantro topped it off.
