Yes but you can get it as a juvenile and rehome it in a few years

I have a hippo blue tang that will grow out of my tank in a few years. When that happens I will rehome him.

Queen, possibly a Blue angelfish in transition from juvenile to adult.
Gets large.

I know most use LED lights these days but my tank will come with a Wavepoint T5 with 4 bulbs if I can get it to work is this a decent light? The guy I'm getting it from said he's pretty sure it's the ballast.

I know a lot of people on this forum still use them and swear by them. Perhaps post the question on the equipment threads and see if someone still using them will chime in.

I still use T5's.
I have not had much luck with the color spectrum of the LEDs being to my liking.
But that's just me.
I even put a LED over my little tank and I don't like it.
But look @kevgib67 tank.
I mean that tank is insane. So nice.
Each has its own benefits/drawbacks.
I'm not a good one to ask about lighting but there's my 2 cents.
A lot go for combo fixtures of the two.
Take a look at the pictures that @tbrown has posted.
