00W's AIO Smorgasbord

@Calmwaters if you are handy and parts are available you can fix that light. I have.
However it may need new bulbs most likely.
It will provide plenty of light for what you need but lighting in this hobby is extremely important for lots of corals/anemones etc so do a lot of research and check out our fellow tanks on this thread. Ask a lot of questions, try to figure out what you want to keep and financially where you are at.

He has several new bulbs that he bought he's going to give me as well. I only plan to keep easy corals and Anemone that don't require high light.

Yes 6ft and that's one of the things I was worried about as well.
If it were my tank I'd do 2 3 foot lights, 4 bulbs each. You don't have to turn them all on but you have that option and option for different light choices too.
Just what I would do.
Ask @tbrown for led suggestions if you want to go that route.
That 24 inch fixture just save for later.

Is there a brand you would recommend? I am finding that the led lights are a bit out of my price range for now.

What's the budget?

Fo nsoft coral you don't need a ton of wattage but you want to make sure you like the look of the spectrum you choose. LEDs are usually fairly adjustable.

You can always add the T5 and LEDs as others have mentioned. Or do the T5, add two of the Phlizon and upgrade later when you have money.

I run 3 Noopsyche K7 V3 over my 135 (same as a 125 but an inch and a half taller?).
