I didn't think about just manually doing it! That would be the easiest way lol. I will get pictures of the sump when I get home after work. It's basically a 55 gain aquarium that's been made into the sump.

I love chiropractors and use to go to one regularly but now my insurance doesn't pay for it.

And since I had surgery I don't think they could adjust my lower back

I do miss it though I seemed to get migraines les frequently and not as severe as I do now. Plus they included a 30 minute massage with a massage therapist before each adjustment and that was amazing!

I’ve been doing this over 30 years and treated so many post surgery I’ve can’t count. But there are certain certain circumstances I wouldn’t. When I was sick my wife closed my office of 23 years. I currently work at The Joint which offers plans and packages much less expensive than most copays for instance our wellness plan is $79 a month and when you sign up you get two additional visits for a total of six visits averaging just over $10 a visit and then every month after for four visits that is under $20 a visits. No appointments just walk in and there are 907 offices in the country and every patient can go to anyone. You could check if there is one by you.

At first I just saw the spine model and thought he’s teasing us with a new rock scape idea or a carcasse of a coral; then I saw the Dr word and went ok, that’s better.

But still in the back of my mind I think he strategically placed all of that with the coffee cup so it would be like those hidden puzzle games and we would all be studying and commenting and he’d be sitting back chuckling at us all along!!

That is awesome! It’s very important but so rare nowadays to get acknowledged for a lifetime of dedication to a career. Also cool they added personal stuff that’s totally you! However, that total number of Dad jokes they referenced, doubt it includes R2R posts - LOL. More like a billion
