Electrocution massage is the best way I can describe it? Those little electric pads and a short electric pulse to stimulate the muscle.
Ahh, need pic and link for immediate purchase

I agree, my tank is nearly 3 months old. My expenses are fish and coral frags (all small). Other than that, fish food which is not expensive, salt 90 usd for maybe 30 water changes, water and electricity (I don't see a difference on the bill up to now). At beginning no need the skimmer for cycling and no light and even after no need to put 100% until you have very high demanding corals. my only other extra was all for reef powder 1600mg 80 usd but last maybe 6 months. The counterpart to go slow is you will get a more established tank when you will add corals which results on better chances and happy corals.

I got mine at the Home and Garden Show.
Oh so it’s actually called a TENS machine. Doh. Will look it up, thanks.

I’m assuming you really like it?

Super upset, irs is getting me for a substantial amount and I’ll have at least a 600.00 month payment for sometime. So I don’t think I’ll be able to afford the hobby. Bought almost everything too.

What’s everyone’s average monthly cost for up keep?
You can get away with thrift reefing. Just water changes and you can add frags from local club members. Heck, you might be able to source ocean water for free too.

What is being described is a interferential muscle stimulator, has a therapeutic effect on reducing muscle tightness and it relieves pain while it’s on. TENs just relieves pain while it is on.

So temporary. Interesting. I’ll read up on it. Likely not for my kind of pain though
