00W's AIO Smorgasbord

Are there sellers that tell you the size of what your getting? Just wondering because it would be disappointing if you thought you were getting a good deal on a nice Coral and then when it arrives it's so small you can hardly see it.
If you do WYSIWYG you can usually tell. Ask what size frag plug it's on to be sure.

I’ve never dealt with them but I have never been disappointed with Tidal Gardens or Corals.com.

Look for Wysiwyg (what you see is what you get)

Dad had this aquarium that he had coral skeletons, shells, and beautiful porcelain fish in. No water. It was very pretty. I shared pics of our tanks with him often. The plan was for me to come set up a real tank for him. Never got to happen.

He is seeing everything you have created and is a part of each tank you do.

Thank you for sharing.

I've got several in my tank. Most of my SBB Acros and Gonis died. I think I have 3 mushrooms and 1 Goni left. Down from close to 25 of each and probably 15-20 Acros.

ALL my SBB micro gonis died! I have two left - one long arm and one standard. Overpriced, ad his actual plugs are super small, not industry standard. Sorry, while his stuff is truly beautiful, not a fan!!

I know a lot of people here will disagree, but that’s just my experience. corals from Tidal Gardens, TSA, Riptide, WWC, UC, have always been consistently good, nice size and not over priced when you do the love sales.

Yes, especially if you haven’t purchased from them before, really ok to confirm size on WYSIWYG. Cause photography editing and newbie in-experience (me), can’t always tell.

So when I'm setting up a tank i.mix the bulk of my saltwater in the tank - before the sump. I'll use two or three powerheads to circulate the water.

That seems so logical - I wonder why it’s not a common practice that everyone says to start off with?

Cause they ain’t smart like Mr. Brown!

@Calmwaters Just noticed you updated avatar photo to yesterday’s tank addition. Now that you brought home a whole family of fish today, one must ask…

Who shall she choose?!?!?

But then again I might just have to keep alternating them since I love them all...
