82 and then snow? That's crazy!! Looks like in New York after this storm passes it will stay in the 60's!
We have a saying that if you don't like the weather here wait 5 minutes and it will change.

You are making life not easy for me :rolling-on-the-floor-laughing: with Fahrenheit, inch, foot, Oz, cup... 86 here still lucky.
We are expanding your knowledge Remi! I do the same thing to my best friend in Canada. Lol

It's an awesome place! I don't go there often, and I think the last time I have actually stayed the night there was many years ago. But I highly recommend going... as long as you're not afraid of rats lol.
I grew up with the rats, they just want pizza and chinese food...They like little dogs hahaha...but I can understand how people could be afraid of them...as kids we used to practice our shooting skills in my grandfathers "friends and uncles" auto savage yards, cemetery, large construction truck yards, the garbage trucks yards, and our taxi cab yard...it was fun...

It's definitely a possibility! These guys are almost on the sand bed but they're directly below the light so they may be getting too much light. With that said, however, the ones on the top of the plug open way up towards the light - not stretching - but the ones on the front that are mostly hidden stay only partially open. Glue is definitely another consideration. Thanks! Both good things to know since I will likely be fragging some Zoas from the 125 soon.
cool. I had to frag alot of zoa's when we tore down the 140 to switch to the 300 gallon...so we did encounter some zoas have grown a little over the glue but most seems to avoid it. So i can up with a idea, which seems to work and also help hold them. I sprinkle fine sand over the excess glue around the zoa''

Ya ya, show us a week of temperatures in August! I turned my oven up to 110 degrees and stuck my head in and it made no difference that it was dry heat, it sucked.

We have a similar saying, the only place in the country that you can experience all four seasons in a day.

I lived in the sierras for about 6 years before Idaho, near truckee, Tahoe area.
We'd tell everyone to pack absolutely everything into their trunk before they left the house.
I went to a car show in August. It was 90 the day before and snowed on all the cars the next day.
It's worse/same here only difference is its grey most of the time. It sucks. :angry-face::(

Just finished a job interview for a job closer to home that pays more and has the same awesome benefits that I have at my current job.
Hopefully they throw money at you!

Unless it’s at a public aquarium, I hope you didn’t spend the entire time talking about your reef tank.

I will let them get to know me and love me before I let the crazy aquarium side of me out...
