Nah, I always hate firing people even when they deserve it. It's usually a relief when it's over except the vacancy.

True the firing part isn't fun but not having to deal with issues they create anymore is.

I've only fired one person over all these years.
Most of them just leave or quit then leave.
The one I fired was the one that refused to leave!
If you cut their schedule back enough they get the hint
I've had a lot of bad employees over the years though yikes.

Very busy too Kev.
Lunch was super busy then just stopped at 1. Weird.

Made it over 40 degrees but as I was driving to a doctors appointment it began to hail. We’ve been having weird weather the last 4 days.

Made it over 40 degrees but as I was driving to a doctors appointment it began to hail. We’ve been having weird weather the last 4 days.

Good but frustrating, a blood test needed to get insurance approval for the infusion therapy was drawn in the wrong type of vial over 3 weeks ago and my doctor wasn’t informed. I’ll have to get it done again which prolongs everything and keeps me on high levels of prednisone longer. Once it’s approved every two weeks for six weeks I’ll go to the infusion center, it takes about one half hour and then once every eight weeks from that point on .

That’s 3 more than we get from the beginning of January until the end December. Our poor Dermatologist live in poverty here.
