Took a quick look at the vast amount of pages I am behind on. I know I missed a lot, so sorry if I didn’t mention something specific for you:
Kev - my infusion buddy: praying this cycle gets you were you need to be and that you can reduce or eliminate steroids. Looks like we might have to compare hospital gowns soon.
Frank: hope you and the pups are staying as warm and dry as you can. And that you got some decent REM.
Katrina: very excited to hear about that very new career opportunity- they know they would be lucky to get you - don’t low-ball your package!
Amanda: As a career recruiter, I absolutely want to hear about someone’s hobbies/passions in an interview. I’m trying to ***** the whole person, not just a set of skills that check off the bullets on the job description. Also, how are clownfish?
Tim: unfortunately, your HR rep can really put a wrench in your well-documented PIP of an employee, when they are inexperienced and/or go the pure legal route to protect company. More and more that logical RL assessment of a situation is going away in HR. My only recommendation is continue to document daily, including an email after an in-person or phone conversation with this employee- citing what was said, agreed upon, and any action items. Also, if you can pull in an HR manager that you respect and have a great relationship with that helps. I realize you are doing all of this already and don’t need me to suggest stuff; just wanted you to know you ARE doing exactly what you need to!

Back to visiting with brother; he brought his computer and we have been playing WoW till 1am! Can’t even express how much that means to me.
Also, picking up an UBER walker today! Likely check into hospital this weekend for further assessment of femar(s); looks like I might become the 6 million dollar man with some rods and screws to secure the leg.
