For the record, I had a Mushroom and Swiss burger with cheese curds and a Dr Pepper. Finished it up with a scoop of Blackberry Cobbler custard topped with Marshmallow creme.

Always out doing me Tim! I love swiss cheese mushroom burgers. When I was in high school I always picked up a second job in the summer. One summer I worked at a Hardees. I loved their mushroom Swiss cheese burgers. None around anymore, would love to try one again and see if I still think they were as good as I thought they were back then.

Always out doing me Tim! I love swiss cheese mushroom burgers. When I was in high school I always picked up a second job in the summer. One summer I worked at a Hardees. I loved their mushroom Swiss cheese burgers. None around anymore, would love to try one again and see if I still think they were as good as I thought they were back then.

I think I sold 5 of those today.
Always a fan favorite.

Slap some garlic infused tomato sauce on the toast, place the bacon on it and you already had a pizza.

Hardee's is Arby's out here I think. Or is it Carl's Jr... Probably Carl's Jr now that I think of it.

They still have them in Ohio just not near me. They might not even have them on the menu anymore. The Hardees I worked at was a Burger Chef and Hardees bought them out and changed them all to Hardees.
