I am Gen X and yes I do eat it on toast normally on top of an egg... But I will eat an avocado all by itself with a little salt or on a ham sandwich or tacos or really any way I can get it...
Sorry? I’m gen X and no one knows we exist. I love guacamole on anything Mexican. My daughter eats avocado toast daily.
