I have not done it but my nephew has and it worked OK but what worked the best was when he put one on a fire ant hill and but a tub over it with rocks on it to keep a bigger animal from dragging it away. The ants cleaned it really well.

It’s as if he is asking to come in the tank and play. I’m thinking about it!

Saw a fully transitioned adult at an LFS a year before I got my tank - fell in love. Pics online don’t do it justice. It’s like chocolate velvet and the yellow and orange contrast is incredible.

This is the best one I have found that comes close to what I saw.

I’m going to be like the tailspot police and Svengali you to get a Chocolate!

I’ll remember this the next time my wife gets on my last nerve. We don’t have fire ants in Ohio, does Amazon sell them?

Well Walker since you asked, we have had all our Arbor Day decorations up for a month and all the cards have been sent out. We are waiting until Saturday to exchange our Arbor Day gifts and have our traditional Arbor Day meal. Lots of friends and family coming over, my favorite holiday!
