00W's AIO Smorgasbord

Hi everyone! New corals have arrived and looked good in the bags but right now they are mad from being dipped.
Send us pictures.
What dip do you use?

Should I buy this for $80? It looks like an awesome piece but what are those dark/black areas on the coral?
Way over priced, I can’t give mine away and it doesn’t look healthy. Trust me, you’ll find a cheap small frag that will not be small in a short time. I’ve frag large amounts about 8-10 times. How it started and now how it is currently.

Just sold at my lfs as a birdsnest. I bring the frags to my lfs , they have so many I told them to just throw a frag in free with a coral purchase over $100, which they have been doing. No store credit for those.

@JoJosReef @tbrown plank got setup / tested. Fish started to smell it and gathered- love it.

I have it going off every hour for 8 seconds. Dan said the OG instructions on timing was perfect for my bioload.

I am using their Beef jerky only for this first time.

For me, this is a game changer. I have all my RN liquid to use when I’m home and mobile.

Yes, it was expensive- if I had known I’d need one sooner, I would have waited for a sale or contest.

I used the nearpow timer per Dan’s instructions. Only thing I didn’t like it’s only in military time. But only $13
I'm using a full minute probably twice a day once I turn it on. I also use multiple Amazon feeders though so it's not just the Plank. I'll be doing a mix of pellet, Reef Jerky, flake, and powder in the feeders plus I add liquid, frozen, and coral food infrequently manually.

The dark black are probably just the retracted polyps. The white underside and several branches looks potentially RTN/STN (dead tissue). I got a small chunk of that (ORA Green Birdsnest) for $10 and it grows fast. $80 for a sickly looking piece isn't a great deal in my opinion...

The one he was looking at was an ORA Green but still not overly expensive.

@Reef Devils Parker if you were nearby...

I've got these for $15 and no one wants to buy them... Green flesh, Blue polyps. Bird of Paradise is green flesh with Purple polyps. Blue Zing is the closest I can find. This is the Riptide Hidden Forest Birdsnest.
