0.3 is a decent level. Most people recommend under 0.5. Dropping below 0.1 can be bad - you're starting to flirt with algae. If it hits 0.0 you can get a bad case of the nasties if you have Nitrates above 5...
 
Oh my gosh @luis angel this thing you told me about is amazing to no tone at all to scrape the front and both sides of my tank and get them algea free! The handle is well made and not flimsy at all! So much easier on my back since I didn't have to bend to get the bottom of the tank. Link to the said wonderful device incase others might need it.

I think I do, I feed the fish daily, alternating between pellets, flakes and brine shrimp, I feed the corals 2 to 3 times a week, reef roid + crushed fauna marine pellets, I also put 2 or 3 times a week pythoplankton and in the doser AB+

Maybe back off 1 or 2 feedings of Reef Roids a week and see what happens? Or cut the Reef Roids amount in half.
