Oh Walker - they have found the best family ever! All the hearts are full whether a fur baby or Walker family.
I can already here the laughter in your home as those two fluffs run around like mad!

Sure! Tomorrow I will try to get a video, that's if I remember of course. Right now they are sleeping. One is currently all snuggled up in my lap, sleeping!

I’m eating an interesting, and delicious Mexican-inspired dinner. So basically deconstructed tacos.

50% Angus ground/50% lamb ground for meatloaf - slathered in enchilada sauce, topped only with lots of green scallions.

Refined beans on the side with gooey cheddar and a dollop of enchilada sauce.

Soft corn tortillas, warmed with butter and sea salt.

Ooh, that sounds delicious!

When the kids were younger I used to read them a book called Wacky Wednesday.
So that's what it's called around our house.
Seems like that's how my Wednesdays usually go. Never bad, just wacky.

Not me... My deconstructed tacos were macaroni and cheese top with pulled pork, fried corn, sweet bell peppers, and mushrooms with a side of tater tots.

No sir! Lunch was Barro's pizza - hot wing pizza with a side salad made from spinach, bell peppers, mushrooms, bacon, cranberries, chickpeas, cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, and balsamic vinaigrette!
