Not me. Not me, Luis. I was in the middle of my 3 gallon WC yesterday and only did half because it was too difficult. Lol.
At first I had a lot of work because I had to load the bucket above the level of the tank and pour it little by little, after that I bought this return pump and now I mix the water near the tank and when I'm ready I just put the pump into the bucket with a hose into the tank and that's it

@luis angel does your family make Flan? I use to have a boss that her husband was Cuban and she learned to make the best flan from his mom. I have had it since then in restaurants but it was never quite as good as hers.
I do a little bit of everything, actually cooking is something that I really like, I make flan, pudding, panetela (that's what they call cake in Cuba but without the outside, just the dough and a filling in the middle) but my mother-in-law makes the best flan in the universe lol

Not to be picky but could you switch out the shake with one or twelve of your Heineken beers?

I've been told I make a good flan... unintentionally. Was living in rural Mozambique and wanted to make Crema Catalana (soooooo good). It is similar to a creme brulee, which I also love making. Ingredients were.. difficult to come by.. baking equipment was.. less than ideal (but not at all bad, considering!).

Anyway, the smooth creamy texture with a citrus Ka-Pow gave way to a firmer, springy flan-like mold. We all ate it ravenously, but no one would call it a crema Catalana, well, at least the Catalans with me wouldn't. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The last time I tried to make Crema Catalana, it was very soft. I have to get a small torch so when I make the custard, pour the sugar on top and burn it with the torch.
 
Oh my goodness thank you so much @luis angel for sharing the lens info! I ordered the one you use and the detail it picks up is so much better than my other one!

Your welcome, They look great, When the blue lights turn on, put the orange and yellow filters, and the largest one, when you put it on you can't zoom in because it distorts the image but it shows a high level of detail.
