Hey, it's Taco Tuesday and I had tacos for lunch! Sweet Pork Barbacoa with cilantro, lettuce, and cotija cheese. I dumped the tacos off of the tortilla and ate it on a bed of rice and black beans. Delightful! All chased with a Mint Limeade and a splash of sprite!

I got my two bubble corals they are bigger than I expected so I'm pleased they are angry right now though from being dipped so pictures might have to wait until tomorrow. My others will arrive tomorrow they were shipped today.
