Any idea how long phyto is good for? Does it have an expiration date? I ordered the great big bottles and the last one smelled bad before I finished it off.

Mine lasts 2 1/2-3 months and it is still good. Dinkins is good at responding if you send them the message in an email.

I'm lucky though, I have a local guy that makes a product called Reef Chowda. It's mix of Phyto, Copepods, Rotifers, and Brine Shrimp.

It'll last longer if it's refrigerated. Dinkins smells like rotten broccoli or burnt broccoli when it's fresh. If it starts getting a rotten egg smell, I'd probably toss it.

Give it a gentle swirl daily in the fridge to keep it fresh.

I did keep it in the fridge but I didn't remember to swirl it everyday.

I soak my food in Selcon, Vitachem and a drop of garlic extreme. So it is right there when I feed twice a day.
