I use a Gatorade bottle. Drink the Gatorade, cut the top off just below the taper, rinse both sides, flip the top upside down and pop it in the bottom. Then, fill the trap with water and squirt some food (and garlic if you have it) inside once the trap is set in the tank where you want it.Does anyone have any tips on catching problematic fish? My yellow damsel was bad enough when he harassed my other fish and invertebrates, but now he's after my corals. The ones that have been in there for a while are ok, but he knocks my new ones around. I'm pretty sure he killed my meteor shower cyphastrea after he attacked it. I don't think it'll recover. My rock work is set up where I can't get really good swipes with my net, but I have a big one that does fit in there. I'd really hate to have to rip it all out because it's all connected (pic). Any ideas? I don't know how well a trap would work. This fish has my progress on hold.

flexible mesh...I got some at a fabric store my girl took me to her idea. It is the mesh stuff grandma etc use to do needle point. Use yarn or something to make pictures...It comes in different sizes. We had to tie two together with yarn to make it big enough to section off the 300( 24 inches tall) ...we just put it in there leave a big opening, put food in the area you want them in and then close it and go fishing...works like a charm....Does anyone have any tips on catching problematic fish?
