00W's AIO Smorgasbord

You can....
Much easier to take from display and refill either display or sump.
I thought it might be easier to pull from the sump because I have to go up and down a step stool to get water out of my tank.

Well said Walker!
Also a great time to test new water and see what you are really putting back in your tank. ;)
I've been happy with regular IO but it never tests what it says (I went to public school) so I'm going with Red Sea blue bucket this week for fun.
I use IO but have never thought to test it other than salinity belt adding it to my tank.

My supervisor was following me back and forth all over this morning but now she's laying down on the job...

Either way is the same result.
Whatever is easiest for you Amanda!

Another question is it bad to pour the saltwaterdown the sink? My husband thinks it would be bad for our septic tank but carrying buckets all the way out side sucks. Lol
I've never even thought about it really.
Never has been a problem for me.
The saltwater actually might help keep it cleaner, never know.... :thinking-face:

Always fun to test/run experiments.
Feel like a chemist/biologist lol :rolling-on-the-floor-laughing::rolleyes:;)

I decided to have a sandwich while I'm waiting for the saltwater to warm up and now my supervisor is insisting I share my lunch with her...

No cone!!!

While I'm working on aquariums my wonderful hubby is outside in the heat building me a stand for the 120 gallon I'm getting from my dear friend that has cancer next weekend.
Amanda are you keeping the tank?
