The drain tube was overflowing into the unit. The evaporator side of the A/C was full of condensation and water was running down the roof.

Same thing happened to ours at the restaurant so my tech buddy cleaned it all out and installed a larger drain tube.
Works great and that was 3 years ago.
I'm glad you are getting this fixed Tim.

Ohh, then that's another problem. If you can, buy a flow switch or tell your friend to bring one to you so that when the drain gets clogged again, the unit will stop completely and no water will come out.

i have my hands full with my 3! but have been eyeing a fourth....i need to learn that just because i can handle something doesnt mean i can keep adding until i cant. i love dogs! do you raise them?

Lots of practice and patience. Eleven are hunting beagles and they stay outside. The rest are just pets two big ones and the rest are small/medium size.
