Prepare hot water with lemon, honey or ginger, you can add emergen-C and drink it twice a day

Yep! Hot water, lemon, and honey chased with ginger, cayenne, and garlic pills. I take vitamin C pills.

Thanks! I'm up and running around. Minor headache from pressure but doing decent. Did some tank maintenance this morning, took a shower, and now we're at Culver's for lunch. Had me a Mushroom and Swiss burger with horseradish and a root beer. Now my daughter is ordering me a chocolate, caramel, pecan scoop with marshmallow cream on top.
