The investment in the new tank is costing more than expected, I'm thinking of moving everything to the new tank and thus I save on things that I need and that I already have in the 32, powerheads, doser... but at the same time I'm a little scared that with the change of lights, flow and so on I'm going to lose everything I have.

i dont see why youd lose everything, luis. i would think if you just pretend you got it all in a new coral shipment- lights off , match water, no big changes too fast- youd be fine. ive moved my stuff all over to a new tank when i upgraded . but i know, its scary

I moved everything from the 125 to the 70 and lost nothing. Some things actually improved after the move.

Just think of it as a 100% water change.

This is the problem when tanks multiply faster then feral cats or rabbits. The wife and I have been in the basement looking at the 7 tanks we have sitting there, now I am dreaming of rebuilding a whole fish room down there..... Told her I think we just need to focus on on the 90g, once its filled with coral and it grows out into colonies that overload it we think about more tanks or a 12 footer...

What in the world was I thinking picking these up ($100)? No plan as of yet for them, and the cost to equip them.... Re-sealed that 30g last week.
