Well, I'll tell you that I bought my first fish for the new tank without having the tank ready :upside-down-face:  but the owner of the lfs is going to hold it until I make the move, a beautiful and healthy little tomini tang, it has been in quarantine and treatment for 1 month

How little? You can probably house it in the existing tank for a month or two if it's one of those 1" guys.
Maybe 1.5" to 2" But I'm going to try to make the move on Sunday or Monday, I'm going to put in Special Grade Sand and move all the 32 to the new one and then gradually add rocks, is that a good idea?

That's how I went from the 5 and 75 to the 125. When I went to the 70 I went a little slower but not by much. Only difference is I didn't transfer any sand or rocks from the 125 to the 70.

I didn't think this was going to be so difficult and stressful haha, I better wait another week and see what I do. I checked with a guy that create aquascapes and he sent me some photos but it didn't catch my attention.

Those are neat. Lots of ledges and spots for corals.

I know, I loved that part, but what about the fish?
Not a ton of "hiding spots" for the fish, but plenty of places for them to swim to get away from other fish.
