1/2 dia. glass cutting bit

Does anyone have a 1/2 dia. glass cutting bit? I need to cut a 1/2 inch hole in a glass top for my terrarium.

K&M can cut a hole for me, but they charge $20 per hole.

Please let me know if I can borrow the bit or where to buy one.
