You can get some push to connect stuff at home depot or hardware stores that will often do the same thing.

I would take it in to Lowes or Home Depot - if they can't match - you need to also add what is on the far right (in the picture. There will assuredly be an option

That looks like something you could find in the sprayer parts section of a large agricultural store like Rural King.
