Not seeing any problems just very minor algae. I have put a little algea cleaner in. Am I on the right track?

Phosphate 0.03
Nitrate 1.1 (pry a bad reeding) I keep or water in the canisters while they are stored
Ph 7.6
Amonia 0.47
Magnesium 100 (also poss bad reading ) it was 1300 earlier

What do you mean by "put a little algae cleaner in"?

Also 0.47 ammonia is near to 0.5 ppm level considered to be toxic. You may want to get a Seachem Ammonia Alert badge in addition to testing with a reliable test kit.

For a tank that young I don't think you need to test magnesium often. If you plan to grow coral and wanted to test one other parameter then it should be DkH.

It’s called algea fix api. I have been putting i n prime for about a week now. I have Hanna testers but as I said I store ro water in canisters to stop it from water hardening in there. So possibly that threw it off in retesting tomorrow and if they are still high I’ll do a water change. Just wondering any recommendations

I have never heard of anyone dosing an algaecide this early on. Not great for long term health of the tank. Try using cleanup crew to keep the algae at bay. If you keep dosing algaecide I predict you will be visited by dinos which are a lot worse.

So I have 13.5 fluval evo and filled it up let the water sit about a week and went and got it tested mom he said I was good to throw fish in so I I purchased two storm clowns (bad advice & I’m new so I listened) and got 2 storm clown fish and a torch (I know I messed up. But I’m living with it.) I have been doing 20 percent water changes weekly today I just noticed two tiny patches of algae I just want to be ahead of the problem before it gets out of control. I have been dosing prime and stability

I’ve upgraded the light to a ai blade and added the protein skimmer

Go to a new lfs, they are just taking your money, who recommends a torch in a week!

How have you been cycling your tank because it sounds like you haven't

Skimmers on these little tanks are next to useless, lights off for the first couple of months too, hard to do now with a coral in there, the lights on too soon is why you've got algae

A tank will not cycle in a week with just saltwater and nothing added.

You should buy some bottle bacteria ASAP and add it to the tank. That level of ammonia is dangerous for your fish!
Does microbqcter 7 work?

I reckon with the info supplied unfortunately you didn't attempt the 'cycle' the tank, the tests they did for you won't show anything at that point because nothing was added to cycle it, no bottled bacteria (quick way) or ghost feeding (slower way) the fish being added produce ammonia when they breathe so if no bacteria is present to process it to nitrites then nitrates it's just going to get worse until they die, so as suggested get some fast start bacteria quickly

Does micro bacter 7 work? And I put this in when I got the tank originally

Probably not

BTW I'm also setting up a fluval evo at the moment, ocean direct live sand, marco dry rock, ghost feeding flakes and monitoring ammonia with my seneye, currently rising but still only 0.05ppm, nitrite test kit coming today, other than the stock lid/light that I'm not using I've not even bought a light for it yet, once cycled I'll put the pair of clowns in from our other tank.

Please don't rush it, I know it's probably easier for me as we have another tank and I remember the lack of patience at the beginning but some things you just need to wait out or you will unnecessarily kill livestock and waste money
