Like the title say, what do I need to do to prepare for a pair of red ruby dragonette? Tank is 100 gallon with 50 gallon refugium full of red macro algae. Current fish stocking are below:

yellow coris wrasse
Tailspot blenny
Geometric hawk fish
Fire fish
Pair of regular clownfish

Nothing special. Just add some pods such as tisbe or apocyclopes (not tigger) to the tank at night once and consider dosing phyto to keep their number up. A lot of ruby's that I have delt with eat frozen food too

Thanks, going to order some pods and photo. Any recommendations?

Coris and blenny are going to outcompete your slow-moving dragonettes.
I suggest you supplement your DT with whatever is recommended to keep pod populations high enough that they crawl on your glass regularly - as a gauge for their population level.
I'm sure others will recommend better than me.

When I wanted to boost my pod levels in a 20g QT, I added 1 scoop daily of TLF PhytoPlan
Grows green film algae like crazy to feed pods
