I’m not trying to derail this but why ship with a shipping company if they can’t even guarantee money back if it’s their fault?

Thats like going to McDonald’s and paying for food, they screw it up and say your loss.
UPS guarantees still.

You are assuming a lot here and making more assertions than asking genuine questions so move unless you are interested in buying something. Search R2R on the subject and open another post if you really have questions or are that concerned. For the record UPS has the same message on their site.

Obviously you don't have a lot of experience in this field. I work on a large fish farm we send out 10k boxes a year. Neither one gaurentee fish. FedEx is the worst the hub in NJ would constantly run fork lift through the bottom boxes of our pallets. We switched to mainly ups now. Rarely issues. But if we send out a $5k fish they aren't going to give us 5k. It is on the seller and why i wouldn't buy from someone who won't back up their product. It's not the seller or the buyers fault but if you wanna make money selling then the seller assumes liability.
