1 tank, 2 tank, 3 tank, four

so as hard as it was to do i had to take my my tanks and combine my favorite pieces into one 40gal.
We are putting the house on the market next week and the realtors gave me the stink eye when they saw all the tanks in the basement. They suggested i get rid of them before the open house to help with the sell.

sooooo for now i have my favorite pieces in one tank instead of 4. As soon as we are into the next house i will be able to start a new tank from scratch.

prior to all this i had a 120, a 40 gal, a Long rimless 20gal and a small nano nuvo

I figure i would share all this and the process of moving everything until the next house is ready for us.

and for now i guess this is pretty much what im left with. I lost alot of the colors and really hoping this stuff will bounce back overtime. But then i jsut have to move them again once the next tank and house is ready. so who knows whats going to happen

i can already tell its not enough light. but hopefully things will hold up until the move, fingers crossed the house sells quick and we can find something else just as quick

Fingers crossed, some lovely looking animals.
Guessing that is led only, what light is it, can you physically raise it a bit for better spread and change the output higher?
What is the lps to the left edge up from the sandbed?

good idea ill try to raise the light later today.

on the far left is one of those Galexea corals, more of a pain in the butt like green star polyps, but i figure if i can keep it isolated it wont grow to much or overtake anything.

thinking in advance, i'm curious if anybody could chime in with where they get there tanks from. this tank is going in the main room. so i would like something already with "furniture grade" stand.

I really only know the redsea, cad, and starphire tanks, i'm not really sure the size yet, depends on the space the new place has. but so far im thinking either a 90 gal cube i found online or 120 starphire rectangle. i found both in a package with an all white or black stand.

Try planet aquarium crystalline series. Great tanks with starfire front glass and the stand looks awesome. They make an 85 gallon I am planning to get in the future.

those dollar per gallon sales are awesome, plus if you ever outgrow it (we all do) it will still make a good frag tank if needed.
