I have a macroalgae seahorse tank that has been struggling with bryopsis for the longest time. The bryopsis keeps coming back and strangling my macroalgae. Here is what it looks like when it started melting everywhere.

I don't disagree. The problem with that though is I need to keep dosing more fluconazole with each water change. And it gets kind of expensive...

Hi ,
i had sortlike issue's with brypsis/GHA .
i dosed flux and did not see diffrence until day 12 , its not that u can see it disolve in front of youre eye's but its more like a picture between week 2 and week 3 is 80 prcnt diffence .
i do note on day 12 i started GFO lowering phospate/Sillicate .
po4 was at 0.25 .
both will had an effect on the algea i guess ..

i think its active the first 48 or 72 hours . then its done and waiting is needed . instructions told me that after 72 hours i could skim so the effect has been done and no need to keep flux into the water column .
if i am correct ofc
