I have heard that from others who have used them and have been happy. I think I have just tried them when timing is bad. I just quit trying and haven't attempted to order in a while. One of these days maybe I will try again.

Hi, sorry to hear we didn't return your email or phone call. At certain times we do get slammed with emails and calls, and Todd and I do our best to answer all of them promptly. Its usually not an issue unless we are both out of town at a reef conference/frag swap. If you do ever want to give us a try, I'll definitely make it up to you!
